With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Nancy Stephens Sears of Lynchburg, Virginia, born in Raleigh, North Carolina, who passed away on September 17, 2022 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Rollin Thomas Stephens of Raleigh, NC. She is survived by: her husband Jim; her daughters, Jimmie Hughes (David), Lynn Harrison Tonja (Jim) and Amy Eggers (Mike); her grandchildren, Nina, Nathan Hughes (Chelsea), Lindsay Smith (Zack), Brittney Serban (Nick), Julie Harrison, Taylor Sears, Chad Eggers (Sarah), Ty Eggers and Meghan Bryant (Anthony); and her brothers, Glenn Stephens (Barbara) and Banks Stephens (Sharon). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
