He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Joseph Collier and Gertrude Murphy Collier; his grandson Peter Reed Collier; and his brother Thomas Collier. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Rose Collier; his son Brian Scott Collier of Norfolk, VA; his grandchildren, Josh Collier (Trinity) of Evington, VA and Mallory Collier of Portsmouth, VA; his great grandchildren, Pyper Collier, Melody Collier, Harper Collier, Peter Mason Collier and Emily Horton; his sister Linda Curtis of Poughkeepsie, NY; and his pet Katdog. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
