She is survived by: her mother Maria Elena Ballard; her stepfather George Anthony Ballard (Tony); her siblings, Madhav Rajendra Sakrudkar and Rebecca Ina Mae Baxter; and her grandmother Carol Ann Sanchez. She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
In addition to her father, Rachel was preceded in death by her grandfather, Pedro Paul Sanchez, affectionately known as "Pop-Pop."In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Rachel's memory to Good Samaritan Hospice.
