He was predeceased by: his parents, Turner Noah Puckett and Chloe Counts Puckett. He is survived by: his wife Janice C. Puckett; and his sisters, Kathy Phlegar (Dan), Barbara (Paul Greene) and Frances (Howard Zuckerman). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
