He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Hall and Adale Crosby Hall. He is survived by: his wife Earlene Kay Hall; his children, Richard Hall, Jr., Michael Wayne Hall, Greg Alan Hall, Timothy Robert Hall (Becca) and Mary Jo Schaper (Shane); and his nieces and nephews, Patty Hall, Jackie Wirta, Gary Hall and Howard Hall. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
