He is survived by: his son Apostle Ricky Benjamin Harris Jr.; his daughter-in-law Candice Harris of Raleigh; his granddaughters, Nevaeh Harris of Danville, VA and Sierra Harris of Raleigh, NC; and his sister Wanda Melvina Harris of Lynchburg, VA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews.
