She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Conrad Duff, Sr. and Kate Ogden Duff; her siblings, James Herman Duff and Madaline Duff Stinnett; and her sister-in-law Jeanie Arnold Duff.

She is survived by: her husband Daniel Thomas Perrow; her brother Clarence Conrad Duff, Jr. of Crossville, Tennessee; her godchildren, Jennifer Stinnett Winn (Bryan) of Chesterfield, Virginia and Mark Allen Watson (Brooke) of Erie; her nephews, Harry Stinnett, Jr. and Michael Stinnett; Addison, Griffin, Riley, Josie Michelle, Jenna and Reese. She is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews.
