He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Kibler and Elnora Finter Kibler; and his daughter Deana Lynn Davis. He is survived by: his wife Frances Elizabeth Judd "Betty" Kibler; his children, Robert Allen Kibler II (Rachelle) of Cochranton, PA, Ryan Andrew Kibler and Amy Kibler Boyette of Lynchburg, VA; and his friend Glenn Cantrell of Monroe, VA. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; three brothers; two sisters.
