He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Roosevelt Spinner, Sr. and Helen Harris Spinner; his siblings, Alvin Harris, Lynwood Spinner, Clarence Spinner Jr., Arthur Spinner and Shiron Spinner Johnson; and his granddaughter Kaleah Nicole Spinner.
He is survived by: his daughters, Wendy Spinner, Sharee Spinner and Roberta Spinner Parker (Howard); his brother Dwight David Spinner, Sr.; his sister-in-law Elizabeth Anne Spinner; his grandchildren, Shyheim Horsley, Deonte'Horsley, Ja'von Spinner, Xavier Smith and Zariya Parker; and his great grandchild Dey'Mir Horsley of Lynchburg. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
