He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert O. Tweedy and Betty Mann. He is survived by: his daughter Rhonda Duff; his grandchildren, Delaney Arthur Lee (Young-Soo) and Madison Godsey; his sister Monica Mayberry (Roger); his nieces, Devonne Hall (Joshua) and Melissa Brown (Eric); and his close friends, Carlton Wiley and Cox. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephew.
