He was predeceased by: his parents, Inez Harris Spencer and Robert Whitehead Spencer. He is survived by: his sons, Troy Douglas Spencer (Amy Mannarino) of Manhattan Beach, CA and Todd David Spencer (Paige Grimstead) of Charlottesville, VA.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
