He is survived by: his wife Sandy Harbin; his children, Ronald "Ronnie" Harbin Jr., Dana Harbin (Michael Taylor) and Dawn Stegall (Erik); his brother Raymond Harbin; his sister-in-law Janet Crawford Harbin; his stepgranddaughter Mary Catherine Campbell; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Isabella Campbell. He is also survived by 4 nieces and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
