Ruby Pugh Grishaw Obituary
We are sad to announce that, on January 4, 2023, at the age of 72, Ruby Pugh Grishaw of Lynchburg, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edgar Staples Pugh and Mary Shelton Pugh; her husband James Preston Grishaw; and her siblings, Mae Surber, Margaret Ennis, Bobbie George, Mable Snead, Grady Pugh and Morgan Pugh.
She is survived by: her sons, Samuel P. "Sammy" Grishaw (Jessica) and William T. Grishaw (Macy); her grandchildren, Raghen, Jordan, Saraya, Luke, Ruby and Ace; her sisters, Peggy Brown, Julia Sprouse, Gladys Pugh and Sadie Martin; and her goddaughter Nikki Fellers.
In lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations to the Alan B. Pearson Cancer Center.
