She was predeceased by: her significant other Claude J. Dawson, Jr.; and her son Ronald Lane Dawson. She is survived by: her daughter Rebecca Dawson Tweedy (Becky); her granddaughter Corley E. Tweedy of Astoria, NY; her siblings-in-law, Jerry and Patsy Dawson of Manakin Sabot, VA; Thomas W. Tweedy of Lynchburg, VA. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
