She is survived by: her children, Shannon Lynn Carroll (Tom) and Bradley James Snell (Michelle); her grandchildren, Daniel Carroll (Sarah), Jessica Carroll, Ashley Snell and Aiden Snell; and her brother Larry Swisher (Nancy).

A reception will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory-Lynchburg (220 Breezewood Dr, Lynchburg, VA 24502). The inurnment will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Saint Paul Cemetery.
