It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shamanda Gordon (Lynchburg, Virginia), who passed away on October 25, 2022, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Gertrude Crawford and Richard White. She is survived by: her parents, Mary Thompson and Wade Thompson; her siblings, Cassandra Gordon (Vernon Williams) of Greensboro, NC and Pete Ray Gordon (Nicole); her stepsiblings, Wade Fitch (Michelle) and Christina Sandidge; her god-grandmother Shirley Bradley; and her nieces, Jasmine Gordon, Tiesha Gordon and Shamanda. She is also survived by fifteen nieces and nephews; eleven great-nieces and nephews all of Lynchburg, VA; nine aunts and four uncles; and a host of remaining relatives and friends.
