He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra Campbell Jones; and his parents, Willie Jones and Grace Spencer Jones. He is survived by: his children, Sherry Johnson (Mark) of Lynchburg and Steven Jones of Georgia; his grandchildren, Melody Dally (Jesse), Sophia McKnight (Dristen), Grayson Johnson (Emilie) and Brayden Johnson; and his brother Bobby Jones (Wanda) of Amherst. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
