He is survived by: his wife Rosalie Phillips; his daughters, Donna Holland and Lisa Phillips of Lynchburg; his grandson Jonathan Lee Holland; his nieces and nephews, Sherry Dean (Jeff), Amy Duke, Brad Falls, Brian Falls and Kent Phillips (Connie); his brother Randall Kent Phillips (Lavaughn); his sister-in-law Linda Phillips; and his sister Patricia Hargis.
