She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband James C. "JC" Smoot; her parents, Elwood McMaster and Elizabeth Redmond; her sister Peggy M. Tinnell; her brother-in-law J. Rudy Austin; her children, Elizabeth Smoot and James Todd Smoot (Tamara); her grandchildren, Meagen Mace (Dallin) and James Tyler Smoot; her great grandchildren, Ellison and Emma James Mace; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Austin and John "Buddy" Tinnell, Jr.. She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and dear and special friends.
