He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray M. Thacker and Frances H. Thacker; and his sister Martha F. Thacker. He is survived by: his wife Debbie; his sons, Hunter R. Thacker (Elizabeth) and Travis D. Thacker (Anna); his grandchildren, Ember, Lilly, Brooks, Ivy and Anne Katherine; his brother Mark C. Thacker; his sons, Derek and Ryan of Kitty Hawk, NC.; his nieces, Molly Henderson and Katie Gilland; and his parents-in-law, Rebecca Spetz, Judy, Jimmy Cleland, Bessie Ann and Randy Morris.
