We are sad to announce that, on June 16, 2023, Sylvia Powers (Lynchburg, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Ralph Powers; her children, Donna Woolf, Mark, Lisa Powers and Shaun Powers; and her siblings, Neal Stennette and Patricia Covert. She is also survived by three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
