In the vast expanse of eternity, Ted shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Ted farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Berta Staples Weigand and Howard Rawlings Weigand; his siblings, Dan Howard Weigand and Shirley W. Hogan; and his niece Donnie Hogan Lee.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra Phlegar Weigand; his children, Brian Rawlings Weigand and Lauren W. Millner (Michael); his grandchildren, Mary Michael M. Francis (Judd) and Hunter Rawlings Millner (Katie Bobbey); and his niece Vicki J. Hogan.
