He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Luther Saunders and Mary Scott Saunders; his siblings, Donald, Robert Saunders, Evangeline Deane, Frances Wilson, Geraldine Saunders, Priscilla Saunders Jones and Kathleen Scott Davis; his mother-in-law Virginia Gray; his wife Vennda Gray Saunders; his daughter Kashana Dillard; his stepson Michael Gray; his siblings, Luther (Patricia), Stanley (Nina), Daniel Saunders, Ethel Hunt and Shirley Saunders Jones; his sisters-in-law, Evelyn Saunders and Rhonda Saunders; and his niece Candice Johnson.
