We are sad to announce that, on January 28, 2024, at the age of 57, Tim Lee Ruggles (Lynchburg, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Robert "Buster" Ruggles; and his in-laws, Sara and Charles Lee. He is survived by: his wife Sheri; his mother Linda Ruggles (JR Kennedy); his siblings, John Robert Kennedy, Jr., Shawn Kennedy, Christopher Kennedy and Tanya Kennedy; his aunts, Joyce Dolan and Sharon Briggs (John); his cousins, Jennifer HuYoung, Karrie Dolan, Brandon Dolan (Rachael) and Cory Dolan; his siblings-in-law, Sharon and Butch Cheatham; his nieces, Stephanie Ching (Jason) and Chloe Kennedy; his nephew Matthew Cheatham; his great-nieces, Kinsley and Rylie Ching; his great-nephew Colson Ching; and his close friends, Angie and Bill Gallant.
