He was predeceased by : his parents, Marion Carter and Fern Keyser Carter; and his sisters, Terri Mattke and Patricia Himes. He is survived by : his wife Christine Carter; his stepmother Sharon Carter; and his pets, Bonnie and Buffy. He is also survived by four Step-Sisters.

A graveside service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Fort Hill Memorial Park.
