She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Helen Austin Dooley of Lynchburg and William Byrd Austin, Sr.; her husband Michael L. Willis of Lynchburg, VA; her children, Michael "Todd" Willis (Angela) of Bedford, VA, Steven "Wayne" Willis (Beth) of Forest, VA and Jessica "Nikky" Smith (Tanis) of Lynchburg, VA; her brother William Byrd Austin, Jr. (Julie) of Appomattox; her grandchildren, Bradley, Kaleigh, Austin, Parker, Aiden, Emerson, Karris, Dawson and Hudson; and her sister Sherry Ann Austin. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Centra Hospice.
