She was predeceased by: her husband James Howard Brammer, Jr.; and her parents, Morris Winston Scott, Sr. and Lovelyn Weeks Scott. She is survived by: her children, James "Jay" Brammer (Julie) of Lynchburg and Jill Brammer Ware of Richmond; her grandchildren, Katie Gray Brammer, Jeb Brammer, Marshall "Mac" Ware and Riley Ware; and her siblings, Morris "Butch" Scott (Linda) of Rustburg, Terri K. Hargis of Lynchburg and Berkley "Buck" Scott of Forest. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Tharp Funeral Home & Crematory (220 Breezewood Dr, Lynchburg, VA 24502). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
