He is survived by: his wife Laura J. Worsham; his stepchildren, Frank Davis, Joseph Davis (Manee), Scott Duarte (Dez), Kenny Duarte and Catherine Davis (Joe Silva); his grandchildren, Carissa, Tajarae (Steven), Amanda (Dmitry), Samantha, Brandon, Frankie, Anthony, Nikki, Joey, Michael, Colson, Elijah, Isaiah and Riley; and his great grandchildren, Hope, Faith, Jadiel, Jordan and Carter.
