He is survived by: his children, William J. "Bill" Conner, Jr. (Peggy), Page C. Ferrara (David Colman) and David Conner (Mary); his grandchildren, Casey Ferrara (Ashley), Bryce Ferrara (Leah), Lauren Aldridge (Jack), Will Conner (Dani Burgess), Caroline Conner and Emily Sink (Stephen); his great grandchildren, Boone, Boden, Kayden, Wells and Kinsley; and his siblings, Roy Conner (Betty Lou), Micky Conner (Martha) and Grace Young (Eddie).
