He is survived by: his mother Ruth Dolan Dodson; his daughter Courtney "Lee Lee" Thomas (Evan); his brother Bobby Dodson (Renna); his grandchildren, Eli Thomas and Emryn Thomas; his nieces, Amanda Bryant and Sarah White; and his nephew Rob Dodson.
