He was predeceased by: his grandchildren, Benjamin Carroll and Alexandra Carroll; his parents, Thomas Carroll and Beatrice Carroll; and his siblings, Kathryn, Tom and Betty.
He is survived by: his wife Sandra of Pearson's Drug Store; his sons, Bill Carroll Jr. and Bob Carroll; his daughter-in-law Whitney; his grandchildren, Morgan Albin (Mason), Parker Carroll, Emmie Carroll and Tyler Carroll; and his great grandchildren, Cole Reynolds, Emmett Reynolds, Fern Walker and Atlas Walker.
