He was predeceased by: his parents, Omar Massie Toler and Kitty Kennedy Toler; and his sister Barbara Toler Taylor of Lynchburg. He is survived by: his wife Emily Lewis Toler; his sons, William Keith Toler of Portsmouth and Douglas Alan Toler (Cheryl) of Lynchburg, Virginia.; and his grandchildren, Jessica Toler, Blake Toler (Lexi) of Lynchburg and Sarah Toler Cincinelli (Nick) of Scottsdale, AZ.
