He was predeceased by: his parents, William Blackwell Witcher and Nancy Lee Foley Witcher; and his sister Mary Alice Crews. He is survived by: his wife Laura Renee Linkswiler Witcher; his sons, William Matthew Witcher (Caileigh) of Lynchburg, Nathan Daniel Witcher (Sydney) of Altavista and Spencer Paul Witcher (Jenny) of Lynchburg; his grandchildren, William Zachary Witcher, MacKenzie Grace Witcher, Oliver Blackwell Witcher, Ruby Kate Witcher and Ivy Lynn Witcher; and his sisters, Cheryl Henderson (Ron Rosenberger) of Lynchburg, Cindy Tingler (John) of Hot Springs and Connie Campbell (Gene) of Goode. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
