With sadness, we share the passing of Zena Karen Hudson of Lynchburg, Virginia. Zena, born on March 12, 1950, passed away on June 14, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Margaret Collins Hudson and Addison Vaughan Hudson; her brother Addison Ray Hudson (Jackie); her nephew Stanley Vaughan Hudson; and her fiancé William "Bill" Potter.
She is survived by: her sister Linda Carter Macdonald (James "Mac" Macdonald); her children, Melissa Davis (Steve), Danny Carter (Trina) and Angela Carter (Jerry Meadows); her close friend Donna Taylor Murray; and her caregiver Ebony. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews.
