He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Perry Brown, Sr. and Eleanor Louise Steele Brown. He is survived by: his wife Sedora Jane Brown; and his children, Steven D. Brown (Alice) and Sheryl B. Harris (Paul). He is also survived by four grandchildren, and his six treasured great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 23rd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the SherLynd Baptist Church (20 Winterview Ln, Lyndhurst, VA 22952).
