Alton Lee Peters Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 10, 2025, at the age of 93, Alton Lee Peters of Madison Heights, Virginia passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alton Lee Peters to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Luther Peters and Mamie Peters; his sister Mildred Woolridge; and his son Michael Peters. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Peters; his son Fred Peters (Sheila); and his stepchildren, Brian Travis (Sandy), Steve Travis (Tracy), Paul Travis (Angela) and Nicole Lindsey (David). He is also survived by dog "Ginger"; 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Whitten Monelison Chapel (3966 S Amherst Hwy, Madison Heights, VA 24572). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, July 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
