He was predeceased by: his parents, John A. Eubank, Sr. and Estelle Sale Eubank; and his siblings, Lloyd Earl "Pete" Eubank, John Eubank, Jr., Marion "Bunt" Eubank, Robbie Massie and Thelma "Ann" Campbell.

He is survived by: his wife Vilea Hartless Eubank; his children, Ronnie Eubank (Teresa) of Madison Heights and Nancy Stinnette (Sam) of Amherst; his grandchildren, Lindsey Ostergaard (Erik) of Roanoke, Jonathan Eubank (Angie Owens) of Lynchburg, Samuel Stinnette of Amherst and Rebekah Stinnette of Morgantown, WV; his great grandchildren, James, Daniel and Caleb Ostergaard of Roanoke; and his siblings, Talmage Eubank (Linda) of Madison Heights and Evelyn Fitzgerald (Malcolm) of Monroe.
