She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence H. Robey and Lola C. Robey; and her daughter Marty Ann Lipscomb. She is survived by: her significant other Emmitt Tolbert; her children, Kim M. Rivera (Louie) and Brian Hillsman; her brother Ron Robey (Judy); her grandchildren, Kasey Rivera (Niki), Karter Rivera (Katie) and Brady Hillsman; and her great grandchild Julian Rivera.
