She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Thomas and Bertha Helen Thomas. She is survived by: her cousins, Pearly Thomas, Winfred Thomas and Drew Thomas; her husband Frank Jerome Ware; her children, Kevin Ware (Juanita) and Krystal Alexander (Rashan); her grandchildren, Alex Ware, Tiana Ware, Carson Jerome Ware and Jaden Wood; her siblings, Ethel Wood (James), Nathaniel "June" Thomas III, Reverend Ray Thomas (Lorraine) and Pierre Thomas (Allison); and her cousins, George Thomas, Alonzo Thomas, Leon Thomas (Belinda) and Carolyn Hence (Andrew). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and dear friends.
