We are sad to announce that on May 17, 2025, at the age of 69, Phyllis Ann Purita (Madison Heights, Virginia), born in Brooklyn, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though Phyllis Ann may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Phyllis Ann touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Angelina Higuchi and Albert Higuchi; and her siblings, Annette Walter and Al Higuchi. She is survived by: her children, Menti (Katina), Michael (Maleah) and Zoe (Donald); her husband Bob; and her siblings, Nadine Higuchi and Samuel Higuchi. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
