He was predeceased by: his wife Nancy Pearson Alto; and his parents, William Richard Alto and Eva England Alto. He is survived by: his children, Patty Lacks (Mike) of Madison Heights and Alan Alto (Nena) of Virginia Beach; his grandchildren, Chris Alto (Heather), Martha Lynn Rector (Jason), Nicholas Jennings (Carrie), Brandon Jennings (Amanda) and Alexander Alto; and his sisters, Helen Connors, Hazel Duffy, Renee Ledger, Bonnie, Michelle and Tammie. He is also survived by seven great-grandchildren.
