He was predeceased by: his wife Sylvia Kidd Campbell; and his brother Rev. Jerry O. Campbell. He is survived by: his son Mark (Renee); his grandson Michael D. Campbell; and his close friend Jo Ann Bryant. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
