He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert D. Ramsey and B. Ramsey Smith; and his sister Mary Ann Carrol. He is survived by: his wife Patricia C. Ramsey; his children, Sharon R. Hedrick and Robert M. Ramsey; his grandsons, Robert M. Hedrick, Christopher S. Hedrick and Jody V. Ramsey; and his sister Margaret Garcia. He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren, one great-great grandson.
