He was predeceased by: his parents, Lonnie Sligh and Cornelia Sligh; and his sister Frances Behringer. He is survived by: his siblings, Joyce Casey, Charles Sligh, Kenneth Sligh and Dorothy Rice; and his close friend Shannon Stetson. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
