Rosa Neila Harris Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on February 28, 2024, at the age of 75, Rosa Neila Harris of Madison Heights, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Neftali Lugo-Perez and Carmen Ramos-Nieves of Puerto Rico; and her brother Edwin Lugo. She is survived by: her husband Michael Harris of Salem; her daughters, Noemi Creasy (Brandon) of Madison Heights, Nina Windle (Rob) of Green Acres, FL and Ginger Harris of Lynchburg; and her siblings, Carmen Sandovale, Gritzel Lugo Ramos, Doris Lugo, Tony Lugo and Ricardo Lugo.
