He was predeceased by : his grandparents, John R. Fulcher and Dorothy Hedges. He is survived by : his parents, Scott Riley and Belynda Riley; his wife Colby; his son Noah; his sister Megan Keen (Nathan); his nephews, Riley Keen and Connor Keen; and his grandparents, Gloria Fulcher and Joe Hedges Sr.. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests considering donations to Noah Riley's future education fund, a tribute to Sam's enduring love for his family and commitment to his son's future.
