She was predeceased by: her parents, Osby Thomas Fitzgerald and Beatrice Coffey Fitzgerald; her daughter Beatrice Alana Lacy; her sister Phyllis Bryant; and her great grandchild Dallas James Turns.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy P. Witt (John) of Rustburg, Tom Pugh (Darnelle) of Lynchburg, Edith Anne Fitzgerald (Chris) of Lynchburg and Frank Alan Pugh, Jr. (Teresa) of Lynchburg. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-one great-grand-children and one on the way; and many other relatives and friends.
