He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Miller Hogsten; his daughters, Karen Spencer (Paul), Rebekah Kestner (Mark) and Amanda Wolfrey (Randy); his son-in-law Michael Richardson; his brother Ronnie Hogsten (Darnita); his sister-in-law Cheryl Watson; his grandchildren, Ashleigh Sargent (Greg), Peyton Wallace (Mikael), Samuel, Sylvia, Spenser Richardson, Jase Wolfrey, Vivian, Carrie and Lilah Kestner; his great grandchildren, Kelsie, Isabella, Cade Sargent, Avery and Arley Wallace; his nephews, W. A., Joseph, Damon and Brandon Hogsten; and his niece Debra Bayles.
