She was predeceased by : her father Paul Stapleton Taylor; her husband Frank Harrison Tolley; and her siblings, Randy Taylor and JoAnn Plott. She is survived by : her children, Linda Spellman (Wayne) and Kevin Tolley (Angela) of Warrenton; her siblings, Jackie Underwood of Selma and Richard Taylor of Mansfield, Texas; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Scheulen, Kacie Bradley, Alex Tolley, Jason Scruggs and Phillip Scruggs. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren; and a number of nieces and nephews.
