Carter (Sheila) and Ricky Edward Rowe; her brothers, Henry Doyle Steele and Micah Steele; her granddaughter Kiersten A. Rowe; her great grandchild Phillip Rashard Newman; her aunt Ruth Kennedy of Madison; her cousin Loraine Shultz of Laeger, WV.; her friend Clarence Shelton, Sr. of Mineral; Pat Rogers and Diane Hermanson. She is also survived by grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
